12/06 日	10.0	Kyoto Kameoka marathon	42:18	6th in the over 60 years old group . The goll time isn't so good. It's the same time in the 10km mark point of the Wakanoura half marathon. I met my friend at the venue before the race. He is very sociable person. He always called Mario.

12/08 火	12.0	Konoike		I have to change my age . Nowadays I feel that I am 40's. I can not stop not to eat any　carbohydrates .

12/12 土	15.0	Mt.W to Konoike		I climbed Mt.Wakakusa and went to the Konoike. I entried the Nara marathon. My condition is not so good .
12/13 日	43.0	Nara marathon	3:38	My condition wasn't so good. However I could spend happy time. Because I put on the Mario's clothes. Many people along the course cheered up me. I felt to become a star. When I took off the clothes, I felt so sad.
12/14 月	0.0			Today was the annversary of my sobotinate's death. So I drank alcohol with my coworkers.
12/15 火	0.0			I don't feel my matsle pain. It's seems that my running form is good.
12/16 水	0.0			Yesterday I joined the year end party. I drank a lot of alcohol.
12/17 木	0.0			I have a runny nose. I may catch a cold. However my condition is good. Of course I don't take any medcines.

12/19 土	17.0	Mt.W to Mt.K		My daughter came back my house to attend her friend's wedding ceremony . We go to the Chinees restaurant.
12/20 日	0.0			After the general cleaning of our condominium, we throw the year end party. Many residents joined it. I'm pleased. And then I made newyear's cards with my wife . She always check our cards . I have to do it again.
12/21 月	0.0			I drank alcohol with my friend who graduated the same university. We talked with a lot. He is my best friend. I said to him that I want to be a hunter after my retirement. So I wish you are a hunter first.
12/22 火	0.0			We threw a Xmas party with 9 children and their parents in our condominium. I wore the Santa's clothing and delivered presents to them. I was glad to see the children are fun.
12/23 水	15.0	Mt. W to Mt. K		I argued with my wife in the moll. She wants to eat a sushi, but I don't eat rice.
12/24 木	9.0	Konoike		The rest room was repaired. The Woshlet was set up.
12/25 金	0.0			I threw the last drinking party of this year in my department . Our company's official party will be thrown on 28 . I think it isn't so kind for employees .

12/27 日	0.0	Bagan		My wife injred her leg . She fell down on the road . She can not walk smoothly .
12/28 月	0.0	Bagan		I went to the tenple near Mt . Popa . There were some people along the road . They wanted some money . I was surprised . My wife couldn't climb the temple . So , she waited on the way there . I drank twe bottle of beer . I felt comfortable .
12/29 火	0.0	Yangon		We came back Yangon from Bagan . We visited some temples . It was very hot . I ate a lot .
